Tai Chi Exercise

Find balance, relieve stress, and build vitality with this class taught by Certified Instructor Xiaobo Huang La Presta. Experience movements with breathing techniques to rejuvenate your body, improve circulation, increase energy, and improve your immune system. Tai Chi Sword combines the styles and characteristics of both Tai Chi exercise and swordplay. Relax, stretch, tone, strengthen, increase flexibility through Tai Chi. Walk-ins are welcome. For ages 16 and up.
