American Heritage Girls, for girls in kindergarten through 18 years of age, is dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community, and country. We offer badge programs, service projects, leadership opportunities, and outdoor experiences. Girls are divided into five different program levels according to grade level.

September - May
Exert some energy, build community with others and relax from a hectic week with evenings of volleyball and soccer.
Co-ed Soccer moves to a new night! Enjoy a weekly pick-up game of indoor soccer, open to anyone age 16 and up. Regardless of your skill level, connect with others while having fun and enjoying healthy competition. Walk-ins are always welcome.
Thursdays, September 21 - May 24*
Enjoy great community with a pick-up game of volleyball, for anyone age 16 and up. Players are divided into teams each evening. All skill levels welcome, no prior experience necessary.
Tuesdays, January 9 - May 22
The group gathers and divides up into groups almost every Monday evening throughout the summer. Many stay for dinner afterwards. Very casual co-ed league, and all skill levels are welcome.
Registering will add you to the group so you can get the RSVP requests each week. RSVP's are requested each week so the group knows who to expect.

Commit to be fit together. Adult fitness classes are designed for all ages and skill levels.
Find balance, relieve stress, and build vitality with this class taught by Certified Instructor Xiaobo Huang La Presta. Experience movements with breathing techniques to rejuvenate your body, improve circulation, increase energy, and improve your immune system. Tai Chi Sword combines the styles and characteristics of both Tai Chi exercise and swordplay. Relax, stretch, tone, strengthen, increase flexibility through Tai Chi. Walk-ins are welcome. For ages 16 and up.

Ballroom dance evenings start with a dance lesson for beginners, followed by an extended dance social enjoyable for everyone.
Certified Instructor Bobby D teaches waltz, swing, cha cha and more. Come for the entire evening or just join in at 8:00 pm for social dancing in a Gym transformed into a festive ballroom.
