Orchard Hill Church is looking for additional Childcare team members for all campuses. Childcare team members provide care for children ages 6 months to 5th grade while their parents attend small groups or ministry events on site. The childcare schedule will be released ahead of each group season and shifts are typically 2.5-3 hours in the morning or evening throughout the entire week. If you are responsible, caring, and enjoy working with children, we would like to talk with you!

Orchard Hill Church is looking for a full time Operations Team Member at our Wexford Campus. This person will be part of our Operations Team and will have responsibilities that include cleaning, room set-ups, and general church maintenance. The schedule will include some weekend and/or evening hours. If you are hardworking, enjoy maintaining a clean environment, and work well with others, we’d like to talk with you!

Orchard Hill Church seeks a part-time (15-24 hours per week) collaborative, compassionate, and organized Adult Ministry Group Coordinator to lead and grow our Interest Groups. These groups include all Care and Support groups. Interest Groups are designed to bring people together around a shared interest, passion, or need with the hope of creating opportunities for people to connect with God, the church, and others. This part-time role focuses on developing meaningful connections, partnering with local organizations, equipping volunteers, nurturing community, and expanding engagement within groups. If you’re passionate about helping people find and follow Jesus through relationships, creating ways for such relationships to occur, and enjoy developing leaders, we’d love to talk with you!

Orchard Hill is looking for a Part-Time Kids Ministry Coordinator at our Butler Campus. This person will oversee all aspects of Kidzburgh during weekend services as well as plan and coordinate special events throughout the year. If you are passionate about helping kids learn about Christ, enjoy connecting people to serving opportunities, and love keeping things organized, we want to meet you!

Orchard Hill Church Residency Program
The Orchard Hill Church Residency exists to invest into young adults who believe God is calling them into full-time vocational ministry. Over the course of a year, residents will be challenged to grow in five areas: Devotion, Beliefs, Relationships, Vision, and Gifting. Residents are assigned a ministry area and are paired with a Ministry Director who will oversee their progress alongside the Residency Director.
