Orchard Hill Church is seeking a compassionate, clinically skilled counselor to provide faith-informed counseling services to adults, couples, and families within our community. We are especially interested in clinicians with experience in trauma recovery, relationship counseling, women's emotional health, and adult mental health. This position offers the opportunity to build a counseling caseload while serving in a Christ-centered environment that values clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Orchard Hill Counseling is looking for a Counseling Coordinator for our Wexford Campus. This role is Part-Time (12-16 hrs/week) and will have office hours on weekdays Monday through Thursday. As Counseling Coordinator, you will assist by providing clear communication to counseling clients and staff, coordinating resources and calendars, and ensuring that details are in place.  If you are organized, energized by helping others, and enjoy using technology to communicate and make things happen, we want to talk to you!

Orchard Hill Church is looking for a gifted Worship Leader to join our team. The office location for this position will be our Wexford campus. This individual will lead worship at Wexford and other Orchard Hill locations as needed. As a Worship Leader, you will be responsible for planning, rehearsals, scheduling, and leading worship during Weekend services and other events. If you are passionate about worship, are a skilled musician, singer, and leader, and are interested in developing others to use their gifts, we want to meet you!

Orchard Hill Church is looking for additional Childcare team members for all campuses. Childcare team members provide care for children ages 6 months to 5th grade while their parents attend small groups or ministry events on site. The childcare schedule will be released ahead of each group season and shifts are typically 2.5-3 hours in the morning or evening throughout the entire week. If you are responsible, caring, and enjoy working with children, we would like to talk with you!

Orchard Hill Church Residency Program
The Orchard Hill Church Residency exists to invest into young adults who believe God is calling them into full-time vocational ministry. Over the course of a year, residents will be challenged to grow in five areas: Devotion, Beliefs, Relationships, Vision, and Gifting. Residents are assigned a ministry area and are paired with a Ministry Director who will oversee their progress alongside the Residency Director.
