Finance Director - Wexford Campus (Full-Time)

Orchard Hill Church is seeking a Finance Director to serve as a key leader at our Wexford Campus. This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in both the details and the big picture — functioning at the intersection of Controller and CFO, you'll own the day-to-day accuracy of our financial operations while also contributing strategic thinking to help our church steward its resources well.

You'll lead a team of two finance staff and work across financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and special projects. If you're someone who brings both technical skill and a servant's heart to your work, we'd love to connect.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations including reporting, budgeting, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll

  • Lead, develop, and support the finance team in day-to-day execution

  • Ensure financial systems are accurate, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs

  • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to church leadership

  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity across all financial data and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus)

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including team leadership

  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software; experience with Sage Intacct, UKG, Bill.com, or Planning Center Giving is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Discretion with sensitive financial and personnel information
