Romans 9:1-33

What to Expect

The Strip District campus in the heart of Pittsburgh seeks to share the message of Jesus, be a diverse expression of the church, and see lives changed by Jesus. It is primarily a young crowd in age and in heart. It’s more likely to see a t-shirt than a tie and a Bible app than a paperback. Coffee will be available before and after the services.

Worship services last about 70 minutes with a biblical message that speaks to both followers of Jesus Christ and those who are still exploring faith. The service includes a combination of live and video elements. The message from the service will be available online by the afternoon.

Parking and After Service

Free street parking is available along Penn Avenue and anywhere in the Strip on Sundays. You can also park for free at FNB Bank next to the building or in the lot at the corner of Penn Avenue and 15th Street.

After the service, stay and enjoy a cup of coffee and connect with others in the Orchard Hill community! You can also check in with a member of the Host team who will be available if you have questions about what we believe, how to get connected in a Group, or would like someone to pray with you.

Dan Irvin

Connect with the Campus Pastor

Dan joined Orchard Hill staff in March 2022 to lead the Strip District Campus. He and his wife, KC, have been members of Orchard Hill since they were high school students, where they both served as KidsFest leaders and summer interns.

Before coming to Orchard Hill, Dan served with the ministry of Young Life for 17 years. While there, he served as an Area Director in Toledo, Ohio, and in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Dan received his Undergraduate Degree in 2006 from the University of Toledo. While working for Young Life, he also completed his Master of Theology and Ministry (MATM) from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2017.

In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time in the backyard with his family, running, golfing, and playing all kinds of sports with his kids. He lives in Wexford with his wife KC and their three children, Ben, Jack, and Ella.
