Beyond is Orchard Hill’s Outreach Ministry that allows us to extend the mission beyond the walls of our church.
We believe God has uniquely positioned Orchard Hill Church to impact the greater Pittsburgh region and around the world. Through intentional partnerships, strategic investments, and compassionate action, we're seeking opportunities for Gospel impact wherever God opens doors.

Local Outreach
We are committed to reaching those in greatest need with financial, emotional, and spiritual support to demonstrate God's love for them. Ministries that support the local community and inner-city of Pittsburgh allow Orchard Hill to share ourselves with others who need to experience the message of God's love.

International Outreach
The Great Commission calls us to make disciples of all nations. Our international focus centers on our deep partnership with Hope Baptist Church in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti. Even though political instability currently prevents US-based trips, we continue to work with in-country partners, helping the Haitian people to find and follow Jesus Christ.
Through a partnership with the EBECA Church, we're bringing spiritual and physical relief to communities in Northern Haiti. We also provide financial assistance to make mission trips more affordable, enabling more people from Orchard Hill to experience different cultures, broaden their perspective, and share the Gospel across borders.
Mercy Assistance
Life brings unexpected crises—job loss, medical emergencies, housing instability, and more. Our Mercy Assistance ministry exists to provide short-term financial relief for those who regularly attend Orchard Hill and are consistently involved in the church who happen to be facing unexpected times of hardship. We appreciate your understanding as we pray through and process all requests.
NextGen Leadership Development
Investing in the next generation of ministry leaders is essential to the future of the Church. Our 11-month, paid, full-time residency program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and real ministry experience for emerging leaders across six ministry areas: Adult, Students, Kids, Worship Arts, Tech, and Communications. Residents grow in five key areas—Devotion, Beliefs, Relationships, Vision, and Gifting—while earning 6 seminary credits, with housing and benefits provided.
We also make camp experiences and mission trips more accessible for students, creating formative opportunities for young people to grow deeper in their faith and discover God's calling on their lives.
Multi-Site Expansion
We believe that God has called our church to help people find and follow Christ all over the Pittsburgh region. God continues to open doors for Orchard Hill to reach new communities across Western Pennsylvania, and our multi-site expansion efforts support new campuses through every phase of the Campus Pathway.
The pathway begins with Interest Meetings, moves to a Launch Group (a 13-week weeknight curriculum to prepare and train participants), transitions to a Community Gathering once regular attendance is established, and eventually becomes a full Campus of Orchard Hill. We provide strategic funding for facility opportunities when they arise, ensuring we're ready to step into what God has next.
