NextGen Leader - Butler Campus (Full-Time)

Orchard Hill is looking for a Full-Time NextGen Leader at our Butler Campus. This individual will oversee all aspects of ministry to students and young adults. The NextGen Leader will also collaborate with the Kids Ministry Coordinator and will assist in Kids Ministry as needed. If you are passionate about helping students learn about Christ, enjoy planning compelling programming, and are willing to collaborate with parents, volunteers, and church staff to foster a thriving faith community, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Generate, communicate, and model the ministry’s vision to students, parents, volunteers, and the church.

  • Proactively and regularly interact with students in all aspects of their lives.

  • Communicate exciting and relevant biblical messages that relate to students.

  • Recruit, train, direct, lead, and reproduce leaders (high school, college, and adults) for middle and high school ministries.

  • Create and execute high-energy events for middle and high school students.

  • Organize and provide leadership for summer and fall camping trips.

  • Support and help coordinate the Summer Kids event each year.

  • Collaborate with other ministry areas as needed to support the overall vision of ministry for Orchard Hill Church.
