Shawn Barrett

Adult Ministry Director - Married Couples + Seasonal Studies + Chapel Service Leader

Shawn joined Orchard Hill staff in October 2025 as Adult Ministry Director over Marriage Groups and Seasonal Studies, as well as hosting our Sunday morning Chapel Service.

Shawn comes to Orchard Hill with over 20 years of ministry experience, covering the areas of creative arts, children's ministry, youth ministry, young adult ministry, and spiritual formation. Shawn earned his undergraduate degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2002 and spent a number of years traveling in a Christian band before beginning his ministry journey. Shawn loves creating meaningful opportunities for others to experience the grace and forgiveness of God in their lives.

Shawn and his wife, Elizabeth, have three boys, Ethan, Jonah, and Levi. They live in Canonsburg, and the boys love playing sports and spending time with their grandparents.
