Worship Leader (Full-Time)

Orchard Hill Church is looking for a gifted Worship Leader to join our team.  The office location for this position will be our Wexford campus. This individual will lead worship at Wexford and other Orchard Hill locations as needed. As a Worship Leader, you will be responsible for planning, rehearsals, scheduling, and leading worship during Weekend services and other events. If you are passionate about worship, are a skilled musician, singer, and leader, and are interested in developing others to use their gifts, we want to meet you!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan weekly worship services

• Work alongside Director of Worship Arts to plan special events and services

• Organize and direct mid-week rehearsal to prepare for the weekend

• Coach and develop musicians and volunteers both spiritually and in their natural talents

Skills Required:

• Loves God and is passionate about worship

• Gifted musician and singer

• Able to lead and develop others

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Committed to the mission of Orchard Hill Church as a ministry partner

• Pursues spiritual development by active participation in weekend worship, Life Groups, prayer, and stewardship

• Builds positive interaction with other staff by actively participating in staff events, anticipating the needs of others, and readily offering assistance as needed

• Adheres to the policies and procedures of Orchard Hill Church and demonstrates a strong work ethic by pursuing excellence and honoring God in all responsibilities
