Kids Ministry Coordinator - Butler Campus (Part-Time)

Orchard Hill is looking for a Part-Time Kids Ministry Coordinator at our Butler Campus. This person will oversee all aspects of Kidzburgh during weekend services as well as plan and coordinate special events throughout the year. If you are passionate about helping kids learn about Christ, enjoy connecting people to serving opportunities, and love keeping things organized, we want to meet you!

Job Description:

  • Recruit and Schedule volunteers for weekend Kidzburgh ministry

  • Make sure the kids have fun while they learn each week

  • Plan and produce family fun events several times a year

  • Plan and produce KidsFest in July at Butler Campus

  • Plan and coordinate ministry events like children’s baptism/dedication and first communion

  • Plan and schedule childcare for Butler campus events or studies as needed

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills with both kids and adults

  • Ability to train volunteers and model best practices

  • Organized and detail oriented
